Freddy Freddy Faircloth, IV, an associate at Hamilton Martens & Ballou, LLC, has been elected to serve a three-year term as a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Tax Law Section Council. The Council oversees the Tax Law Section and is charged with enhancing the competence and skills of tax attorneys in the areas of federal and South Carolina tax law.

Faircloth is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina and North Carolina Bars and the York County Bar Association. His practice focuses on taxation, general business law, business succession planning and estate planning and administration.
